To celebrate the wild year that was 2023, Soapbox Project is throwing an end-of-year celebration! We’ve got some great virtual festivities for all you climate curious folks and we can’t wait to party.
When you come to our wrap party, you will:
Meet other climate curious changemakers and make non-icky networking connections
Feel uplifted and deepen your curiosity by witnessing or presenting your show & tell
Identify ways YOU can make your activism work for you in 2024 digitally and in-person
We know you’ve learned a lot and we loved reading all your posts and everything you’ve shared with us. December is the perfect time of year for us to all gather, celebrate all of our wins, and share what we’ve learned in 2023.
So…*drumroll…*we’re excited to share that our theme for our end of year party is Climate Curious Club Show & Tell! You’re invited to close out the year with one final fun action. Bring your friends, family, pets, whatever you want!
SHOW & TELL! If you are a Soapbox Project community member, you’ll have the opportunity to share a 3-ish minute presentation on a topic of your choice. It’s basically our version of a Powerpoint Party but EVEN MORE FUN! Maybe it’s a thought experiment from our cohort, an action you took from a Changeletter, a passion project, a bold vision for the future you’re wishing for, a fun or not-fun fact, a funny climate meme—whatever your heart desires. The general prompt is: what are you ✨ climate curious ✨ about?
You'll see a super short signup sheet when you register.
If you are not presenting and are attending as a partygoer, you’ll get to meet people 1:1, watch the show & tell presentations, and learn about what 2024 can hold for your climate curious journey.
