A Delicious Life is lived when we identity the little random acts of kindness we can offer ourselves, often buried by continual responsibility both tangibly and in society. Our minds can do a number on us - we never have done enough as women - but tonight, we get to stop being doers for everyone else, and get real about what we want for our own special time.
The evening begins with an introduction of the Delicious Life with Founder Kim O'Hara, followed by live music from a local female performer to get us present, while enjoying light snacks.
We then enter a journey of Delicious discovery of the small moments we need to commit to give ourselves, in individual Laurel Denise weekly planners. (No work, no grade, easy and simple, I promise!)
At the end of the evening, we take what our mind tells us is limited, and release it into the world.
