Move at Mirvish is a free outdoor fitness series designed to bring the community together through movement, wellness, and connection. Join us in Honest Ed's Park on Markham Street for community fitness classes led by three of Toronto's top fitness instructors, with sessions designed for all experience levels. Registration is free, yoga mats are provided, and all you need to bring is yourself.
After class, stick around for a post-workout hang at the newly opened Book Bar, the perfect place to grab a coffee, connect with fellow participants, and enjoy the Mirvish Village community. Start your morning with movement, meet new people, and experience the best of summer at Mirvish Village.
Strength/Strong Pilates with Sanchez: Move with purpose.
