We’re heading on an exclusive Company Visit to TejoMed — a private family clinic in Lisbon that is creating a new approach to healthcare in Portugal.

​Unlike the traditional model, where patients usually see a doctor only when a problem arises, TejoMed is building long-term relationships between patients and their personal family doctors.

​The clinic focuses on prevention, a personalised approach, longevity, and continuous patient care.

​During the visit, we will see how this model works from the inside: how the clinic is structured, how the doctors and team operate, and how their membership-based business model works for patients.
