About Event

The Unyielding Heart is an embodied space to honor our experiences without bypassing or burning out—to practice being sacred witnesses to the emotional polarities within us, and to reclaim a sense of shared resilience.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will:

✨ Move
Gain body-based tools that center presence, agency, and liberation

✨ Envision
Share space to witness, reflect, and co-create purposeful action

✨ Act
Leave with tangible steps to nourish ourselves and our communities

Guided by the SAH Method™—a blend of meditation, breathwork, affirmation, guided movement, and ecstatic dance—we will explore the emotional landscapes that live in the body and tap into the heart’s unbreakable wisdom.

This is a space for deep feeling, honest conversation, and sustainable practices that help us persist and move forward with clarity, care, and an unyielding heart.

How to prepare for circle:

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Have water nearby

  • Prepare enough space for movement

  • Bring a journal & pen

    • and any other desired ritual items
