In our 60-minute retreat, we'll lead you in practices that will renew your mind, heart, and soul.

ABOUT GOODY BOXES
Enrich your experience with a seasonal self care "goody box". Each box will contain all the items needed for full participation in our ReTreat. Sample items include:
a keepsake journal and pen
a handmade candle specific to the season
any items for practices, rituals, or experiments
an edible/drinkable item, AND
a surprise gift to help you welcome elemental wisdom
