​During the experience:

• ​A calm, cozy space where we can reconnect and recharge, with traditional canal house views

• ​Gentle arrival and grounding, with soothing herbal Tea from Maison Blaize (with rose, rooibos  & green teas)

• ​A 50-60 min guided sound bath with @CrystalTones crystal alchemy singing bowls 

• ​Soft return and time for reflection, allowing all to slowly return, ask questions, and share their experience

• ​Altogether the session typically lasts about 90 minutes so there is no rush before or after.
