[AR Lens Challenge] Kickoff Session + Intro to Snap AR

​Next Shift Learning and Snap Inc., have partnered to create a fun AR Lens Challenge to expose you to augmented reality (AR) and design. The Lens Challenge takes you through a series of tutorials to help you learn how to use the Lens Studio platform through engaging activities to help you design a custom Lens.

Students and educators are encouraged to join this one-hour kick-off session to learn more about the 2024 Snap AR Lens Challenge and what you will need to join and successfully complete the program! Here are some important details and timeline for you to keep in mind:

US National AR Lens Challenge Dates: Monday, September 30 - Friday, October 18, 2024

• ​Self-Paced: Snap AR Lens Challenge ‘Level Up’ Tutorials: Monday, September 30 - Friday, October 11, 2024

• ​Live: Lens Lab with Snap Lens Network Creator: Tuesday, October 8 at 4:00 pm PT/ 7:00 pm ET

• ​Live: Lens Challenge Briefing: Thursday, October 10 at 4:00 pm PT/ 7:00 pm ET

• ​Self-Paced: Challenge Design Brief Announced: Monday, October 14, 2024

• ​Live: Office Hours with Snap Lens Network Creator: Tuesday, October 15 at 4:00 pm PT/ 7:00 pm ET

• ​Challenge Lens Submissions Due Date: Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT
