His military service included postings in Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Bosnia, experiences that shaped his disciplined and strategic approach. Following his service, Andy trained and qualified in the United Kingdom in Tax and Trust Planning, Portfolio Construction, and Pension Transfers, eventually attaining the specialist designation of Pension Transfer Specialist. This combination of international experience, disciplined leadership, and technical expertise underpins his advisory approach today.
