​女性のキャリアを阻む見えない壁―アンコンシャスバイアスや働き方の制約。それらを乗り越えるヒントが「越境経験」にあります。本セッションでは、レンタル移籍やside projectの経験者をお招きし、越境がもたらした変化や気づきについて対話します。前半は経験者の生の声を聞き、質疑応答を通じて理解を深めます。後半はスモールグループでの対話を通じて、参加者同士の横のつながりを創出。越境プログラムを活用した女性キャリア支援の可能性を、共に探求するラウンドテーブル形式のセッションです。

​Invisible barriers continue to hinder women’s careers—unconscious bias, rigid work structures, and limited mobility. The key to breaking through these walls lies in cross-boundary experiences. In this session, we invite women who have engaged in “rental transfers” and side projects to share how stepping beyond their usual environments transformed their perspectives and professional growth.

​In the first half, participants will hear authentic stories and deepen understanding through an interactive Q&A. In the second half, small-group discussions will foster peer connections and collective insight. Designed as a roundtable, this session explores how cross-boundary programs can empower women’s career development and drive organizational change.
