About Event

We're doing it again! Just in case you missed the first one, or maybe you've done more research and have even more questions!

Either way, we're excited to do it again...

You've probably started to hear more people talk about it.

Maybe it's a friend or a cousin, or even your own therapist.

And now you're wondering if a psychedelic journey is right for someone like you.

Feelings of overwhelm, isolation, perfectionism, and yes, even imposter syndrome, are all things that feel inevitable when you're a leader, but what if they're not?

...and what if a medicine journey could help?

The latest studies are showing that with proper support and integration, psilocybin can be effective in treating PTSD, depression, addiction, anxiety, and much much more.

Even without any of those diagnoses, if you're a purpose-driven leader, you're probably carrying around all kinds of other things that complicate your leadership.

So, if you're asking yourself questions like:

  • Sounds great, but isn't it illegal?

  • How do I know if it could help me?

  • What's a mushroom trip like?

  • Is psilocybin dangerous?

  • What does a facilitator actually do?

  • What can I expect after a trip?

...then this webinar is for you.

Bring your questions for our panel of long-time B Corp business community members and integration practitioners for a candid conversation about psychedelic journeys, how they support leaders, why integration is where growth happens, and community is where integration happens.

Your hosts:

Sandy Wiggins, Jivanmukta Life

Sandy's work in the B Corp community goes back to before its founding, when he brought his facilitation and expertise to support and inform B Lab's founders.

After two decades as a real estate and construction executive — and an epiphany about that industry's destructive impacts — he became a central figure in the U.S. green building movement. He is Past Chair of the U.S. Green Building Council, Founding Chair of Green Business Certification Inc., and Founding Chair of Green Building United. He chaired BALLE (now Common Future) for a decade and served as Sr. Advisor to RSF Social Finance, where he launched its Conscious Finance initiative. Through his consultancy Consilience LLC, he has built sustainability plans and equitable economic development strategies for municipalities and institutions across the country.

Today Sandy works as a Psycho-Spiritual Facilitator, certified by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and by Grof® Legacy Training in Grof® (holotropic) Breathwork and Psychedelic Therapy. A certified meditation teacher with 45 years of practice, he designs and facilitates retreats and workshops worldwide for personal healing, spiritual evolution, and culture change grounded in sustainability, social justice, and equitable economies.

Libby Smith, Buffalo Collective

Libby Smith (she/they) is an educator, facilitator, photographer, coach, Senior Advisor at Viable Insights, and Integration Facilitator at Buffalo Collective, committed to guiding individuals and organizations on a journey of rediscovering their humanity.

Across a nearly 30-year career in evaluation, management, and organizational development, Libby has witnessed both the wide-ranging effects of disconnection and the profound impact of soulful, deep connection — to self and to others. Stepping away from institutionalized academia and embracing her place as a facilitator and Circle keeper, she helps people remember and reclaim interdependent relationships as both a way of life and a tool of divestment from racialized capitalism.

Through breathwork, somatic practice, and group facilitation, Libby cultivates a fully embodied sense of presence, compassion, and choice — opening themself and others toward a broader scope of what's possible in our personal lives, in organizations, and beyond. Her work is deeply informed by Emergent Strategy (adrienne maree brown), politicized and cultural somatics (via generative somatics and Staci K. Haines), and a Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Lindsay LaShell, Buffalo Collective

Lindsay LaShell's work explores what happens when business, finance, and leadership are rebuilt from relationship rather than extraction.

After founding and leading a certified B Corp marketing agency, she transitioned to strategic consulting for foundations, nonprofits, and mission-driven companies — work recognized with a 2023 Anthem Award for Impact Services. As Director of Strategic Partnerships and a Leadership Circle member at WeTheChange, she worked to connect and support business leaders building a regenerative global economy. She completed the Impact Finance Center's Impact Investing and Full Spectrum Capital Fellowship in 2025.

From inside impact finance and purpose-driven entrepreneurship, Lindsay began questioning systems built on scarcity, ownership, and extraction — and searching for models grounded instead in regeneration, reciprocity, and human integration. Through ventures including Buffalo Collective, and MBA for the Matriarchy, she is building heart-led approaches to business, leadership, and regenerative finance that challenge the separation between who people are and how they lead.
