Cancellation and Refund Policy
Ticketed Events
Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page:

You may request a full refund if you cancel more than
72 hours before the scheduled start of the event.

Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the scheduled start of the event are not eligible for a refund. However, less than 72 hours before an event, Tickets can be exchanged or transferred to another participant (selling the ticket to another person you find) with notification of the Association before the event.

If the Association cancels an event, participants will
receive a full refund of the amount paid for that event.

If the Association has to reschedule an event because of
exceptional circumstances, the Association will
communicate the new date to registered participants. If
the event cannot be rescheduled, participants will be
reimbursed for the amount paid for the affected event.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory cancellation
or refund rights that may apply under Belgian or European
consumer law.

For courses (including specific running or yoga programs), courses are non-refundable if you ask for a refund less than 7 days before the start of a course date. Once a course has started, you are not able to attain a refund. If you are unable to attend a series of classes, we cannot provide a refund either, regardless of the purpose of the cancellation.

We will be running to raise awareness and funds for breast cancel research, patients and survivors. Every single € collected from the tickets of this run will be donated to Think Pink 🎀

After the run, all participants will get drinks and snacks from QNT Nutrition ✨
