​Join us on November 7 at Drop Shots HTX for the launch of LAMANI Design's Second Nature collection, an evening built around one belief: wellness should be second nature.

​The night starts with Stick With It. Coach Rogel leads a high-intensity step aerobics class set to the hip hop and rap you grew up on, from 90s classics to today's hits. The usual wooden sticks are swapped for light-up ones, so the whole room moves together and lights up with you.

​Then the night opens up to Open Court Play where guests can stay in motion on the courts.

​Who it's for: Women in fitness: enthusiasts, coaches, and creators who live this and want to be in a room that matches their energy. Come to sweat, play, learn something about your body, and meet people who take it as seriously as you do.

​What to bring: Sneakers, water, and your energy.
