About Event

Most sustainability teams know what good looks like. They have the data, the frameworks, and the strategic roadmap. What they don't have is an organisation that moves with them.

Getting procurement to factor carbon into sourcing decisions. Getting product teams thinking about embodied emissions from the brief stage. Getting HR to embed carbon literacy into onboarding rather than treating it as a one-off awareness session. These aren't data problems. They're people, culture, and change management problems. And most sustainability playbooks don't address them.

This in-person session, hosted by Zevero, brings together experts from organisations of different sizes and sectors to share honestly what has worked, what hasn't, and what the internal change management challenge actually looks like in practice.

Designed for professionals driving sustainability from within their organisations, this is a candid, peer-led conversation.

What we'll cover:

  • Gaining cross-functional buy-in - making sustainability a shared responsibility, not one team's problem

  • Carbon literacy that sticks - how to build capability across a workforce in a way that changes day-to-day behaviour

  • Function-specific translation - how to speak the language of each department when bringing them into the sustainability agenda

  • Building internal governance - steering groups, function-level accountability, and embedding sustainability into policies and job descriptions

  • Overcoming internal barriers - navigating pushback, using early wins to build momentum, and avoiding change fatigue

Join us at Grid Studios, Old Street, for a morning of discussion, networking, and time to connect with peers navigating the same challenges.
