The Art of Self-Intimacy: A Guided Journey Home to Yourself
Event Description:
In the wellness world, there’s often a strong emphasis on physical health, meditation, and nervous system practices. While powerful, many of these approaches speak primarily to the thinking brain or the survival brain. What often gets overlooked is the emotional brain — the limbic system — the place where memory, emotion, and body are deeply intertwined.
Without tending to this part of ourselves, our practices can leave us coping, but not necessarily feeling whole.
The Art of Self-Intimacy is a guided workshop that bridges this gap. It’s an invitation to develop emotional health — learning how to meet yourself with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.
Through a blend of teachings, reflection, and embodied practices, you’ll explore:
✨ How the limbic brain shapes your emotional experience and sense of self.
✨ Simple, powerful tools to create space for emotions without collapsing into them or projecting them outwards.
✨ Creative practices to foster intimacy with yourself.
✨ Ritual and reflection to support a deeper sense of wholeness in daily life.
This is not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about creating intimacy with who you already are.
