The Lady’s Realm is a community of more than 300 women who believe some of the best learning and growth happens through each other.
We bring women together to ask better questions, share what we know and hear perspectives we wouldn’t normally encounter — about work, leadership, creativity, identity and the things changing around us.
Because we think women need more places to be curious together.
Not networking events. Not another panel where four people talk and everyone else listens. And not spaces where you need to arrive already knowing the answer.
Places where you can bring the thing you're thinking about, hear something that changes your mind, meet someone you wouldn't otherwise meet — and leave with more than you came with.
That’s what we’ve been building through our Lady’s Labs, Salons and gatherings in Motovun.
One woman who joined us in Motovun called it:
“A sanctuary where women stop performing.”
Another described it as:
“Being seen and witnessed for me, rather than for my CV.”
Now we’re bringing what we’ve learned to one table.
The Long Table
15 women. One question. No small talk.
And for our first table, the question is:
What would you do differently if you had nothing to prove?
So much of what we do is shaped by who we think we need to impress, reassure, outperform or make proud. What becomes possible when you take all of that out of the equation?
What would you make, change, ask for, walk away from — or finally stop doing?
No presentations. No awkward networking. No name tags and no taking turns explaining what you do for a living.
We’ll bring a question worth talking about, a few provocations to get us started and a deliberately interesting mix of women.
Then we’ll see where the table takes us.
Your hosts
We’re Dina Mehulić and Fransje Schoenmaker, co-founders of The Lady’s Realm.
Dina leads Community & Experiences; Fransje leads Learning & Partnerships. Together, we design experiences around belonging, psychological safety, allyship and female leadership.
It might feel effortless. It won’t be accidental.
We’ll think carefully about who’s in the room, who we introduce you to, how the conversation begins, when we take it deeper — and when we get out of the way.

21:00 Officially finished. Motovun may have other ideas.
