​Pivot Party: A Fireside Chat with Andrew of Shirley's 🔥

​An intimate night of conversation at MONA before it opens to the public ✨

​Ok so here's the thing. Andrew, the guy behind Shirley's (you know the one, the takeout institution with the line that never quits 🙌), just built a whole restaurant right next to the takeout window.

​We asked him to do a fireside chat with us and he said yes. 🥳 So Thursday 4/30 we're sitting down with him inside MONA, and getting into it. We'll cover what he got wrong, what he'd do again and the stuff that doesn't make it to his grid.

​After the fireside, we're doing structured intros so you actually meet people in the room. Not "hi what do you do" awkward, actual intros.

​About Pivot Party:

​This is our first one. 🎉 The idea is simple. We wanted a different kind of networking night than what's out there. Less hotel ballroom, more new-restaurant-that-isn't-open-yet. Less "what do you do," more actual conversations with people who are building something, figuring something out, or in the middle of their next chapter. Andrew happens to be doing exactly that, so he was an obvious first guest.
