Join founder and Executive Chef Sagiv Koretz for a first taste of MULD, a new 20-seat Copenhagen restaurant built around Danish ingredients, seasonality and maximum expression.

MULD is currently seeking a DKK 3M investment to bring the restaurant to life. To introduce the vision, we’re hosting an intimate tasting dinner for a small group of potential investors.

If you’ve ever dreamed of becoming a co-owner of a restaurant in Copenhagen, this might be the opportunity.

For the evening, Sagiv will serve a tasting menu exploring FOREST: Deep & Preserved — wild mushrooms, venison, juniper, cep, hay, elderberry and other ingredients shaped by the Danish landscape.
