No alcohol can be consumed before participating in Axe Throwing – this will result in not being permitted access to the game and no refund being issued in this regard. To participate in the Axe Throwing, the venue will require you to sign a liability waiver.
Every person must have Valid ID [Passport or Driver's License] on them, this is an 18+ venue and event. This may be checked by the venue at any time and if you fail to produce ID when requested, you will requested to leave and no refund will be issued. Do not purchase a ticket if you are under the age of 18. No refund will be issued for breaches of this term.
If, in the opinion of any venue staff or Crimson Witness staff, you are deemed to be behaving in an aggressive, abusive or threatening way towards any participants or staff, you will be requested to exit the venue and you will not be issued with a refund.
Please note that there will be filming and photography within the venue, which may be used for commercial purpose. By entering the venue, you consent to us, The Crimson Witnesses and BBB UK Property Limited photographing and/or filming you, and using any images or content so created for any promotional or advertising purposes without any need for your further consent or payment to you. We cannot guarantee that you won’t be filmed or photographed if you enter the venue; if you don’t wish to be photographed or filmed, please do not enter the venue. If you do not wish any images or content to be used, please contact a member of the staff on arrival, we will also provide you with an email shortly prior to the event whom you should contact.
