​From Plate to Planet is an inspiring forum that explores food waste management and practical solutions — from households to restaurants and hotels. The event brings together academics, green influencers, and conservationists to share fresh perspectives on how we can all take simple yet impactful steps to reduce food waste in everyday life.

​The forum will conclude with the “Garden in the Box” workshop, where participants will use compost made from hotel food waste to plant greenery.

​Each guest will take home a plant — a living reminder that small actions can nurture a more sustainable future.
