​Ioanna co-founded Dextego in 2023 after building her career at the intersection of psychology, communication, and technology. Before Dextego, she was VP of People & Chief of Staff at Aptivio, a B2B revenue AI startup in NYC. With a background in psychology, rhetoric, and strategic management, she's spent her career studying how people build trust and influence and now teaches leaders to do it deliberately instead of by accident.
