Sauna🔥+ Ice bath🧊

​​Come even if it's fully booked — we'll do multiple rounds/sessions.

​​Just a reminder: before using the ice bath, always take a shower and wear flip-flops to keep the water clean.

​The Session

​You'll do 2–3 rounds of sauna and ice plunge across the hour. Each round is a contrast pairing:

• ​Sauna: up to 15 minutes per round

• ​Ice plunge: 1–5 minutes per round
  

​Ice plunge water - 5–10°C (41–50°F)
Sauna - 80–90°C (176–194°F)
