​Once per year, ATX Writing Club host The largest FREE writing in Austin. We bring together the most thoughtful, curious, and kind folks we can find for dedicated creative time.

​Do you have to be a writer to join? Not at all.

​While many of the people you meet here will be hobbyist, or professional writers, some are just starting out too!

​So if you’ve been writing diligently for the past 20 years or today is the first time you’re setting pen to paper, this is a great event for you to take part in!

​​​Here’s our schedule:

​10:00 am: Arrive, grab a coffee, and get to know your neighbors.

​10:15: Intro yourself to the folks around you. Share what you plan to work on today.

​10:15-11:45: Dedicated silent writing time.

​Noon: Reconvene and chat about what we wrote.
(If you’re in a groove, feel free to keep writing instead)
