Manchester Property Mastermind

​Come to this one and you're part of something bigger than just the three hours in the room. You get added into a WhatsApp group of over 200 people who are all out there investing locally right now, and that's where a lot of the real connections carry on long after breakfast is finished. We regularly see deals happening between members of the group.

​It's a monthly morning mastermind, capped at 16 people, running for three hours. Everyone gets to talk through their own business and their own challenges. We cover deal analysis, JV partners, HMOs, rent to rent, flips, commercial deals, buy-to-lets, deal sourcing, what's actually working right now, changes in the law, rental reform, finance, lettings, raising money, and whatever else is live for people that week. No formal presentations, no one selling from the front.

​Bring a problem of your own to the table. You'll also get to learn about the challenges everybody else has. My biggest blessing in doing this has been realising everyone suffers the same challenges I do, and it gives me the confidence to keep going, knowing full well there's nothing wrong with me in my business.

​Guests can come from 9am. Included in your ticket, there's more space in the building if you want to keep talking after, or just want somewhere to work for the rest of the day instead of heading straight back to the office.
