​When you step away from your startup — whether it’s after an exit, a wind-down, or simply time for a change — the question of what’s next? can feel both liberating and daunting.

​The Former Founders Breakfast is a small gathering for founders in transition — a space to connect with others who’ve been through the intensity of building, and are now exploring what comes next.

​This session will be facilitated by Julia Westland, formerly of BCG and Spencer Stuart, who brings deep experience in leadership advisory and executive search. Julia will guide the discussion through themes of identity, purpose, and reinvention — helping participants gain clarity and perspective on the opportunities that follow life as a founder.
