​A CV can tell people what you have done. Your professional presence tells them who you are, what you stand for, and what you want to be known for.

​This interactive closing session of the Guided Futures mentorship programme is designed to help participants reflect on what they have learned through mentoring and turn those insights into a clearer professional identity.

​Through practical exercises, personal stories and guided discussion, participants will explore how to communicate their strengths, interests and ambitions with more confidence — whether in an interview, on LinkedIn, at a networking event, or in the workplace.

​The goal is not to create a polished “personal brand”. It is to leave with a clearer sense of what makes you different, how you want to be seen, and how to start building a reputation that reflects who you are becoming.
