The digital threat landscape is evolving at unprecedented speed. Advances in AI, the growing deployment of autonomous agents and increasingly interconnected technologies are creating new opportunities, while also expanding the scale and complexity of cyber risks. As frontier AI capabilities advance in months rather than years, the tools available to both attackers and defenders can shift just as quickly. Staying ahead requires not only leading-edge technologies and expertise, but also the ability to rapidly develop, test and deploy solutions that can respond to emerging threats.
Strengthening Singapore’s digital resilience requires the collective efforts of government, industry, academia, researchers and innovators. Promising research and innovation must move beyond the lab and translate into practical solutions that can be adopted and scaled to address real-world challenges, from cyber compromise and disruption to critical systems, to vulnerabilities across interconnected technologies and supply chains.
This year’s Innovation Day brings the CyberSG community together to accelerate that journey from research to real-world impact. By connecting expertise, technologies and pathways for adoption, we can harness the opportunities of AI safely, strengthen our collective resilience and build the capabilities needed to secure Singapore’s digital future.
