​AI Wellness and Global Partners are bringing together a curated community of family offices, investors, founders, physicians, clinic owners, technology and Brand Partners, hospitality leaders, and international collaborators for three days of connection during Las Vegas race weekend.

​Programming will connect family-office and investment conversations at Caesars Palace with wellness experiences and partnership opportunities through the AI Wellness Las Vegas Regenerative Clinic Partnership.

​Three Days at a Glance

• ​Thursday — Capital on Track: Family-office and investment programming, curated networking, an AI Wellness in-room wellness preview, and AI Wellness Presents: The Racing Capital Opening Gala.

• ​Friday — Drive to Legacy: Family-office conversations, Location Partner opportunities, and the Future of Wellness Experience, with project showcases and opportunities to explore wellness technologies and therapies through clinic partners.

• ​Saturday — Race for Impact: Two longevity panel discussions, an AI Wellness project showcase, live entertainment, and an All-Wellness Silent Auction.

​Wellness Experiences

​Select in-room wellness services and therapies may be available at Caesars Palace through participating providers. Guests may also explore services, technologies, and therapies offered through AI Wellness clinic partners.

​Guests can review and select available wellness services in advance through the Healthius platform. Services require separate scheduling and may have additional fees; availability, pricing, provider participation, and guest access will be confirmed separately.

​Two Longevity Panel Discussions

​The program will include two conversations on the future of longevity:

• ​Longevity medicine and investment: prevention, diagnostics, regenerative care, technology, and the infrastructure to bring innovation to more people.

• ​Longevity lifestyle and environments: integrating wellness into the places where people live, work, travel, and perform, including real estate, hospitality, and technology.

​Additional highlights include a Brand Partner Innovation Lab and a first look at Infinite Wellness: The New Human Era, a film about AI Wellness and the connected wellness economy.

​Race for Impact will bring guests together for networking and live music featuring James Fabulous and Valerie Majella. Designated proceeds from fundraising activities are planned to support AI Wellness’s 2027 medical mission in the Philippines and related community wellness initiatives.

​Invitation, Approval, and Schedule

​This is a private, invitation-only event. All prospective attendees must register and receive written approval from the organizers. Registration, referral, package purchase, or hotel reservation alone does not guarantee admission or access to every experience.

​Because the Weekender includes private programming and high-profile guests, the detailed schedule will not be published publicly. Approved guests will receive the full schedule and relevant access details directly.

​Some experiences require a separate invitation, qualification, or approved package. Some full-access pathways may require an eligible AI Wellness deployment of $250,000 or more or an approved paid package. The applicable written agreement will specify the experiences included.

​Some Caesars Palace spaces require a guest room key. Guests staying outside the official room block may be unable to access those spaces, so booking through the room block is strongly recommended and may be required for specific experiences. Guest substitutions and additional attendees require approval.
