Vedic Meditation Course — 4-Day Immersion (NYC): Learn a precise technique for deep rest, refined attention & effortless clarity
Most people don’t need more discipline or effort to de-excite.
They need a different relationship to effort, to living, to being.
Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless technique that allows the mind to settle inward—accessing a level of rest deeper than sleep.
From that rest, springs great possibility. Namely, system begins to reorganize so that:
stress releases
attention stabilizes
energy increases
sensory acuity sharpens
expression becomes more creative and full
This is not about controlling the mind.
It’s about giving it the conditions to function optimally.
What You Learn
Over four days, you’ll be given a personalized mantra for meditation along with the mechanics of how to use it that make it highly effective, as documented by decades of studies.
We cover:
how the mind actually settles into calm (and why effort interferes)
the difference between mindfulness and Vedic Meditation
how stress accumulates in the nervous system—and how it releases with the practice
how to integrate this meditation into a full, modern life
You’ll leave with a technique you can practice independently:
20 minutes, twice daily
