As winter turns to spring, we invite you to the first edition of Flow Dance in 2026, celebrating the Spring Equinox.
The equinox marks a moment of transition, from winter reflection and rest to collective presence and movement. It reminds us that our inner shifts are inseparable from the world around us. We will explore how movement creates a shared, somatic field during the time of the dance. Together, we build a space where the body becomes a place to process, reclaim, and reconnect, and where breathing, dancing and singing together becomes an act of empowerment.
Flow Dance is a women’s only space in Berlin, created to offer spaces where we can move, express, and connect freely, outside of external expectations.
When we use the term women, we include cis and trans women, as well as non-binary people who resonate with this space
