🇮🇹 Cosa è un Lean Coffee?
Un Lean Coffee è un formato di riunione strutturato, ma senza un'agenda prestabilita.
Ecco come funziona generalmente:
1. Generazione delle Idee: Ogni partecipante puo proporre argomenti di discussione scrivendoli su dei post-it.
2. Raccolta e Votazione: Gli argomenti proposti vengono esposti e votati dai partecipanti usando adesivi, puntini o un sistema simile.
3. Discussione: Gli argomenti vengono discussi in ordine di priorità basato sul numero di voti ricevuti, con un limite di tempo definito per ciascun argomento—solitamente di 5-10 minuti.
4. Revisione e Conclusione: Dopo la discussione di ogni argomento, il gruppo decide se continuare la discussione o passare all'argomento successivo.

Here's how it works:
