Every new year invites us to imagine what comes next. This year, Holbox invites us to move with what already knows how to begin again: the moon, the sun, and the ocean.
REVIVAL is an invitation to return to our natural rhythm. To revitalize the body, clear the mind, and create space to reimagine our lives as we aspire to live them.
On an island where nature thrives in harmony, we come together for one intimate New Year’s Eve experience through nourishment, music, nature, and community.
The Evening
7:30 PM — Reception
8:00 PM–10:30 PM — Dinner
Celebration until 3:00 AM
Your ticket includes the complete experience: reception, dinner, New Year’s Eve celebration, one welcome drink, and a glass of sparkling wine for the midnight toast.

Dinner — From Sea to Fire
The evening begins with freshly opened oysters and seasonal canapés before moving through a three-act dinner from sea to land:
Bluefin tuna with tonnato, capers, ponzu, and brown butter.
Wild-caught fish over the embers with roasted corn beurre blanc, edamame, hoja santa oil, and Yucatán lime.
Mexican Angus beef with black truffle jus, confit shallots, and Swiss chard.
Sides are served to share, followed by small desserts of chocolate and mezcal, citrus, toasted meringue, berries and champagne, with grapes for midnight.

As every year, the lineup will unfold gradually, bringing back familiar favorites while introducing new artists and unexpected sounds along the way.
In Holbox, music follows the rhythm of the island: organic compositions, warm textures, and groovy beats shaping a night of movement and collective joy.
