​Andrea Hernandez brings over 16 years of experience in dental and government operations. Her journey into career coaching and consulting began at just 19, when an unexpected opportunity in a dental office set her on a path of continuous learning and growth. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly rose through the ranks to become an office manager, regional practice manager, and later an executive assistant supporting senior government leaders.

​Along the way, Andrea discovered her natural talent for optimizing systems, mentoring others, and helping professionals advance in their careers. Her passion for leadership and service also led her to join the military, where she provided career guidance and resume support to fellow soldiers.
