​🧘 Wind down and manifest your destiny... 10 minute Meditation with SYLO.

​🌭 BBQ FEAST! Enjoy the rest of the afternoon grilling and chilling with your running buddies. Bring your own post run party drinks, meats, salads and cakes. Grills, fuel and fridges will be provided.

​🧊 ICE BATH RECOVERY! After the run we will have an ice bath available for those brave enough to plunge into freezing temperatures for the sake of recovery.
