What you'll learn
Across three highly interactive days — lectures, group discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies — you'll work through the Architect Elevator framework itself (Penthouse, Middle Floors, Engine Room), how to translate technical choices into strategic business options, how to navigate organisational politics and sociotechnical constraints, and how to use diagrams and expressive metaphors to engage C-level stakeholders without dumbing things down.
