Catalyst Leaders Forum

​The Catalyst Leaders Forum is a confidential, collaborative space where business owners and leaders support each other in navigating the complexities of leadership and business operations.

​This will be a small group for Catalyst Commons Members with 8 spots available. 

​Members will gain valuable insights from shared experiences. Facilitated discussion will be on topics like:

• ​Achieving goals & improving efficiency

• ​Delivering on the company’s promise

• ​Improving team performance

• ​Optimizing profitability

​It's for business owners, senior leaders, and people leaders.

​Each month, for a three-month series, a small group of leaders gathers in a structured, non-advisory format focused on experience-sharing. Rather than giving advice, we tap into the collective wisdom of the group, using real-world insights to tackle challenges effectively. 

​What it's not: 

• ​Not a scale-up accelerator or rapid-growth mastermind.

• ​Not a networking group - while connections happen naturally, this isn’t a pitch or referral space.

• ​Not a business development session - we focus on solving real leadership and business challenges, not selling services to each other.
