​As we kick off 2026, we’re continuing something close to our hearts at StaffAny: Happy HR Hour Jakarta.

​We’re starting the year with a grounded, honest conversation about hiring, led by Gemini Aryanto, MSi, Group Chief People & Culture Officer at Kopi Kenangan. With years of experience navigating rapid growth and complex operations, Pak Ary will share what it really takes to make hiring work on the ground — beyond theory and frameworks.

​Happy HR Hour is where HR leaders and operators come together to talk openly about what works, what doesn’t, and the realities you only learn by being in the trenches.
