Calisthenics Playground Berlin #7: Outdoor Season Finale
Calisthenics Playground Berlin is a community meetup for people who enjoy moving their bodies and training together outdoors.
As summer comes to an end, we're getting together for one last outdoor Calisthenics Playground Berlin session before the colder months take us indoors.
We'll spend the session doing what we love: warming up together, training calisthenics, practicing skills, challenging ourselves, and having a good time with the community.
No matter your level or experience, come join us for one last outdoor workout and let's make the most of it. 🙌
What to Expect
Warm-Up & Activation 🔥We start with a guided warm-up to activate the body and prepare the joints for training.
Calisthenics Training 💪A structured session covering classic bodyweight movements such as pulls, pushes, core work, and skill practice on the bars.
Optional Food After 🍔If people feel like it, we can grab some food or drinks together after the workout.
Who Is This For?
All levels are welcome 🙌
Whether you're new to calisthenics or already experienced on the bars, exercises can be adapted to your level.
Where
The session will take place at a central calisthenics park in Berlin.
To keep things flexible depending on weather and crowd levels, the exact location will be shared 24 hours before the event.
Duration
The structured training session lasts around 90 minutes.
After that, you’re welcome to stay longer to keep training, practice skills, or just hang out with the group.
