​About the Host: Xiaolan Kruk is a finance advisor at National Financial Network with over 13 years of prior experience at companies like Samsung and working closely with startups across stages, where she saw how often financial wellness takes a back seat amid the demands of career, business, and family life. She works with corporate professionals and entrepreneurs—especially women and young families—to bring clarity across compensation, equity, career transitions, and long-term wealth building through a collaborative, values-driven approach. Born and raised in Shanghai and having lived and worked in South Korea before settling in the U.S., Xiaolan brings a global perspective to helping women make confident financial decisions that support both their goals and their lives.
