Pigeon Chats: Female Friendships (The Good, The Bad & The Ugly)

​A women-only journalling and sharing circle for girlies in their 20s & 30s reflecting on the friendships that have shaped them, a personal circle with Asha.

​Female friendships can be some of the most beautiful relationships we'll ever experience. They can also leave us feeling confused, heartbroken, lonely, or wondering where we fit in.

​Maybe you've outgrown old friendships. Maybe you're grieving a friendship breakup. Maybe you've finally found your people. Or maybe you're still looking.

​This month's Pigeon Chat is an invitation to slow down and honestly reflect on what friendship looks like in this season of your life. Together, we'll gently explore:

• ​What has shaped your relationship with female friendship?

• ​What's currently nourishing you, and what's no longer serving you?

• ​What kind of friendships are you hoping to build moving forward?

• ​How can we create more space for the women and relationships that feel aligned?

​Through guided journalling, thoughtful prompts, and small group conversations, we'll hold space for the good, the bad, and the beautifully messy parts of friendship.

​Please bring along:

• ​A picnic mat (we'll be sitting on the ground)

• ​Water / Hydration

• ​Your favourite journal (if you have one, we'll also provide extra paper and pens).

• ​Feel free to pack some snacks for yourself too; we'll bring a few treats to share. It is dinner time, if you'd like to bring more substantial food, please do

• ​Expect a cosy, reflective evening by the beach with women who understand that meaningful friendships don't happen by accident, they're built with intention.
