REX Session 4: Intermediate Excel Modelling

​REX Session 4 builds on the skills developed throughout the REX program and is designed to help students apply their Excel modelling knowledge to more complex real estate scenarios.

​The session will focus on applying advanced modelling techniques to real estate analysis, with an emphasis on bringing together the concepts covered in the previous sessions. Students will work through practical examples and further develop their ability to build, analyze, and interpret real estate financial models.

​This session is intended for students who have completed the previous REX sessions and are looking to strengthen their modelling skills and apply them in a more advanced setting.

​As the final session in the REX program, students will have the opportunity to consolidate the skills developed throughout the program and further prepare for the use of Excel modelling in real estate.
