​Deposit & Application Terms

​A deposit is required to apply for participation in a The IV trip.

​If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be fully refunded.

​If you are accepted into the trip, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
However, accepted guest deposits may be transferred to another The IV trip, provided we are notified at least one month (30 days) before the start date of the original trip. Transfers must be used within six months of the original trip start date.

​Once accepted, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the trip begins. For this trip, the final payment deadline is 1 April 2026. If you do not pay the full balance in time your spot may be offered to another member on the waitlist.
