Training: Claude Code for Data Engineers
Start your day with a practical, hands-on session for Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers who want to get real value out of AI-powered coding tools.
We’ll kick off with breakfast at 08:00, then from 08:30 to 10:00 we’ll work with Claude Code the way we use it at Heyra: on real data engineering tasks, with real examples. You’ll see how Claude Code fits into a day-to-day workflow, learn what skills are and how to build them, and try it yourself in a guided exercise based on a realistic use case. We’ll also touch on where GitHub Copilot fits alongside it.
Before you attend: the session is free, but you’ll need a Claude Pro subscription to use Claude Code during the exercise. Please make sure your laptop meets the requirements in advance: macOS 13+, Windows 10+ or Ubuntu 20.04+, with VS Code and the Claude Code extension installed.

An Analytics Engineer, or a data team lead, who wants to see what AI-assisted coding looks like in practice before rolling it out
