From Purpose to Practice: A Conversation with Philip Ng
Faith, Leadership and Life in Family Business
The INSEAD Family Business Club, in collaboration with One North Friends, invites you to a lunchtime conversation with Mr Philip Ng, Senior Advisor of Far East Organization, one of Singapore's largest private property developers.
How does an ancient narrative shape modern motivations? Mr Ng will reflect on Paul’s account in Acts 26 of an unexpected encounter that changed the course of his life. He will share how that story has shaped his own convictions, priorities and approach to work, family and responsibility.
Whether you hold a faith of your own, are curious, or simply want to hear how a senior leader connects personal conviction with professional decisions, you are warmly invited.
The second half of the session will feature a moderated Q&A with Mr Ng on business, leadership, family enterprise and lessons drawn from a long and illustrious career.
Who should attend: MBA students, members of business families, and anyone in the workplace thinking about purpose, values and leadership
