​Kerry has a genuine love for movement! She is always chasing new, fun ways to challenge the body. Four years ago, she walked into Yoga Sculpt and Barre classes and was hooked. Kerry completed her teacher training last November and since then she has absolutely loved movin' and groovin' with her students. While she adores the physical benefits of Sculpt, Pilates and Barre, it's the mental clarity and strength these practices build that keep her coming back for more.
