​In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we invite you to an intimate recruitment gathering led by 2025 Surge Academy alumni Maritza Guridy and Melissa Molina. 

​El Poder de Nuestras Voces The Power of Our Voices will serve as a powerful affinity space for Latine/x and Afro-Latinex leaders who are exploring leadership development through the Surge Academy.

​Together, we will celebrate identity, culture, and community while uplifting stories of leadership and impact. This event will also feature a dynamic panel of accomplished Latine/x leaders who are transforming education for our communities. You can learn more about our inspiring panelists here.
