About:
For one night, NUI’s Chef JJ Hwang and Dachi’s Chef Jiwon Seo come together for a five-course collaborative menu exploring Korean flavours through each chef’s distinct style.

​Both chefs bring a deeply personal perspective to the evening. At Dachi, Chef Jiwon lets seasonal ingredients take the lead, drawing on her Korean roots to create food that is exciting, rooted and precise. At NUI, Chef JJ looks to the Korean flavours he grew up with, balancing comforting, familiar dishes with contemporary technique and seasonal ingredients from the West Coast.

​Together, JJ and Jiwon will create a menu that brings their two approaches to the same table, celebrating Korean flavours, seasonality and the individual point of view that defines each restaurant.
