Dinner at Home / Curious About: What's the most generous thing anyone's ever done for you, and how did it affect you?
Dinner at Home / Curious About What's the most generous thing anyone's ever done for you, and how did it affect you?
The machines are getting smarter. The question is: what does that make us?
Join us for an intimate dinner in a private home in Campo de Ourique, where seven curious minds gather around one table — and one question that might not have an easy answer. But that's exactly why we're asking it.
THE ULTIMATE WHY
Because the question of what makes us human just became the most urgent question of our time.
OUR GUIDING QUESTION FOR THE EVENING

VENUE
The dinner takes place in a private home in Campo de Ourique — one of Lisbon's most livable and quietly beloved neighbourhoods. Flat enough to actually walk, local enough to still feel real, and far enough from the tourist circuit to breathe. The kind of place where neighbours still know each other, and a good dinner feels like the most natural thing in the world.

Meet Your Host: Chelsea Rustrum
Chelsea Rustrum is an applied AI instructor and co-founder of CoLab Lisbon, where she runs in-person beginner and intermediate Claude Code courses that get entrepreneurs building products, automations, and agents — and rethinking how they strategize and scale.
She brings 25+ years in digital marketing and business development, a decade in blockchain, and deep roots in the sharing economy. She led marketing at The Graph, co-founded Pool Data (a data marketplace) and Rethink AI (a strategic consultancy), and has built and led multiple blockchain agencies across new verticals and geographies.
She authored It's a Shareable Life, gave the TEDx talk "Future of Blockchain," and ran a Silicon Valley event series on how blockchain and sharing-economy ideals reshape ownership. The shorter version: a taco-loving Californian into personal growth, AI, and hosting dinners.
Based in Lisbon and working globally with founders, protocols, DAOs, and ecosystems, Chelsea is exactly the kind of host who makes a question like this one feel urgent — and worth sitting with.
