The Cacao Salon is a monthly gathering for New Yorkers craving something real. We gather over ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening plant medicine that softens the nervous system and makes honest conversation feel effortless. It's warm, playful, and surprisingly deep. You'll laugh, you'll share, maybe tear up and laugh again, and you'll leave knowing someone in this city actually sees you.
One cup changes the conversation.
No alcohol. No agenda. No performing. Just you, a warm cup, and an intimate room full of people who showed up for the same reason.

Sasha Sakhar has lived in a lot of worlds — media, tech, corporate New York, and eventually ceremony and intentional living. She knows what it feels like to be always on.
After years of her own inner journey, she became deeply curious about what makes people tick — how we're wired, why we hide, and what it actually takes to feel at home in yourself and connected to others. That work lives in everything she designs.
She founded SUGARHAUS and Soul & Spirit Cacao.
She built Cacao Salon for the people who have everything figured out on the outside — and are quietly asking bigger questions on the inside.
