No template, no 3-step formula. Most CV workshops hand you a format to copy. We'll share our own experience of how we built CVs that stood out in the market and turned into interviews.
Senior and junior roles are treated differently. They look for very different things, so one-size-fits-all advice doesn't work. We'll show you how to tailor your CV to your level.
Written for AI and humans. AI may well be screening your CV before a person sees it. We'll cover how to navigate that without turning your CV into keyword soup.

Alessandra Maccario
Alessandra is a UX Lead specialising in human-centred and AI-driven design. She has led global teams, interviewed over 100 designers, and mentored many along the way, so she knows what hiring managers look for on a CV and what makes them stop reading. She also writes about where technology meets human needs in UXperiment.
Daisy Wu
Daisy made the switch from journalism and marketing into design, and built CVs that showed how the skills she brought from those careers carry over. She's now a service designer working with the public sector, designing for people. She also leads global design communities, including IxDF and SDN.
